The Star Gold Coast launched its spectacular new poolside venue and event space with a bang!
The property hosted a fancy party on Wednesday night to officially celebrate the Isoletto pool club and Isoletto Privatewith fireworks, flowing Veuve Cliquot and VIP attendees.
Star Gold Coast COO Jessica Mellor said the stunning skyline spaces further demonstrate Star’s commitment to providing a premier leisure and entertainment destination.

Located on level six of the leisure platform below the Dorsett Gold Coast Hotel, the Isoletto pool club is exclusive to all hotel guests within The Star resort and is the perfect place to enjoy delicious island-inspired cocktails and light refreshments while enjoying stunning views of the Gold’s skyline Coast.
Offering indoor and outdoor seating, the casual dining experience will serve a range of dishes including freshly rolled sushi, crispy fried snapper burgers, grilled chicken BLTs as well as bowls and nutritious gelati. There’s also a colorful cocktail menu with drinks such as the Giulietta, a sweet and sour concoction with gin, Aperol and Pavan grape and orange blossom liqueur, as well as the Green Cove with white rum, orange bitters and mint.
Those looking to relax on the terrace can opt for one of the indulgent poolside packages designed for larger groups that include a bottle of champagne, signature cocktails, seasonal fruit platters and sunscreen. free.

Isoletto Private is a blank canvas for clients to create a wide range of unforgettable experiences, from cocktail parties to corporate conferences.
Building on the property’s extensive existing event offering, the expansive space features a bright and airy indoor venue alongside a lawn, terrace and rooftop terrace that take advantage of the stunning panoramic views on the sea surrounding The Star complex.
The indoor venue can accommodate 150 people seated at banquet tables or 168 at long tables, while cocktail service is available for up to 250 people. Those looking for an outdoor option can take advantage of the Observation Deck – which seats 90 people or allows 150 people standing, the Deck – which seats 80 people or allows 125 people standing, and the Lawn – which seats 200 people or allows a accommodate 400 standing guests. While large events have the option of securing exclusive use of the leisure platform which can accommodate up to 1200 guests.
