1. Dos Tequilas | chelsea

More Mexican food is heading to Chelsea! This new restaurant and bar will soon be offering tasty classics. Not only will they serve lunch and dinner during the week, but also breakfast and brunch on the weekends. While food is important, they want all of their guests to be transported to Tequila, Mexico with their space and service.
No openings have been set yet, but we’re already looking forward to doing a guacamole taste test. PS—they’re hiring!

Mountain Brook native Hannah Conzelman-Joseph is opening her own space in Pepper Place after launching her vintage clothing boutique in 2015. She has just returned to Birmingham from Melbourne, Australia and is ready to go.
She specializes in antique clothing (1890s to 1940s) and will start by appointment only.
“My business has always been more than selling antiques; it is also escape and imagination. It’s about showing the world the relevance that 120-year-old coins can have today.

Get ready to meet Marty’s TV (MTV for short). According to Trussville grandstandnew owners Sarah Thurmond and Josh Braden are currently in the hiring process for “Trussville’s newest watering hole”.
The challenge of finding great food and drink after 10 p.m. is over – Marty’s is founded on the principle that good times don’t have to end early for those working late.
“We hope it will be like a good community ‘Sports Bar, Happy Hour, late night venue’ for all industries or people in the restaurant industry who are here and have nowhere to go when they quit work.”
