White Vermouth – 20 ml

Pink grapefruit juice – 20 ml

Orange juice – 30 ml

Cold green tea – 30 ml

Top with premium tonic water

1. Add all ingredients to a spritz glass filled with ice and stir until combined.

2. Top up with premium tonic water and stir gently again.

1. Fresh cream

2. Drambuie Liqueur

3. Glenfiddich 12 years old

4. Espresso Shot

5. Sugar/honey

6. Chocolate stick/crunchy (garnish)

1. Prepare the Drambuie cream – Whisk 30ml Drambuie and crème fraîche together and set aside.

2. Take a glass and cover the rim with chocolate sauce and crushed cookies.

3. Add 60ml of GF 12 YO, the sugar and the espresso shot to the glass and stir well.

4. Add the Drambuie cream on top for the float and garnish the cocktail with chocolate sticks and enjoy.

Jimmy’s Cosmopolitan mix – 90ml

Rose water – 5ml


1. In a shake glass filled with ice, add the above ingredients and shake well.

2. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Decorate with an edible flower and serve.

5. Old Fashioned Gray Goose

Vodka Gray Goose-50 ml

Demerara brown sugar – 2 teaspoons

A trickle of hot water

A touch of aromatic Angostura bitters

Orange zest


1. Add sugar and water to a highball glass, then stir to dissolve.

2. Add orange zest and slowly pour in Gray Goose and ice cubes, piece by piece, stirring throughout. Finally, garnish with ice cubes to serve.

Special Valentine’s Cocktail with Roku


Gin Roku – 30ml

Fresh strawberries- 3

Fresh mint – 5-6 leaves

Caster sugar – 1/2 teaspoon

Sparkling wine to top it off (or you can use a chilled grapefruit tonic for a lighter drink)



1. Mash strawberries and add sugar, mint and Roku over ice in a shaker.

2. Shake well and finely strain into a chilled coupe or flute. Top up with sparkling wine/grapefruit tonic.
