If you love whiskey and tequila, the new Chivas Regal Extra 13 might be worth a sip.

Traditionally, experimenting with Scotch whiskey is a big no-no. But regulations have since been relaxed, giving whiskeymakers like Chivas Regal a chance to play with flavors. The Extra 13 range takes its name from the extra year the blender uses to finish its 12-year-old blended scotch in different casks as it did with its Extra 13 American Rye and Extra 13 Oloroso Sherry released nearly 200 years ago. two years.

“We decided to innovate with the Chivas Extra 13 Tequila cask finish which just gives a nice roundness and sweetness to the whisky. You get lovely citrus flavors like grapefruit and lemon zest to give that crisp, bright flavor,” said Chivas Regal Philippine Brand Ambassador Owen Roberts.

The new Chivas Regal Extra 13 is now available in supermarkets and alcohol e-tailers.

As summer draws to a close, Sebastian’s is launching dairy-free and vegan Fruitsicles, a line of layered frozen fruit popsicles made with real fruit and fruit juice, with no artificial flavors.

Flavors are layered separately instead of blended to keep them distinct. This allows the complexities of each fruit to shine through and also gives a nicer visual.

Available are the three-in-one (mango, orange and strawberry), the Citrus Carnivale (Calamansi, Dalandan, lemon and orange) and the Berrylicious (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry).

Fruitsicle popsicles are available at sebastiansicecream.com for pickup and delivery.
