After a long tiring day, what could be more comforting than a piping hot bowl of Tibetan Thenthuk with vegetables or chicken and burnt chili ramen noodles? Or how about a salmon roll and creamy coconut curry with sticky rice? As tempting as these dishes may seem, it’s all about finding the right place to savor the OG flavors of Pan-Asian cuisine. Located in Andheri West, right next to Infinity Mall, Yazu Pan Asian Supper Club offers a taste of Asia under one roof.

The restaurant’s quaint and warm ambience makes it the perfect place for casual dining or simply sipping their signature Wasabi Martini. This Japanese horseradish with gin and vermouth is an empyrean experience that any blend lover would enjoy. In addition to food, the focus has been on preserving cocktails.

Yazu resonates with the present time and brings dishes to the table from a global perspective, fusing modern and traditional elements. The art of creating harmony between ancient and avant-garde gastronomy is practiced by the chefs with the greatest authenticity. Chef Vadim, the head chef at Yazu, brings the best of the Korean and Japanese world. He is able to offer the right rate and makes sure the details stand out.

The highlight of their menu is the Poke Bowl – a Hawaiian dish with deep roots in Japanese cuisine and available in four variations. For the uninitiated, imagine having open sushi. Go for their Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, which features the goodness of Yellowfin Tuna mixed with Teriyaki Sauce, Sriracha Sauce, Shichimi Togarashi, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Cucumber, Tamago (Japanese omelette) tempura flakes, edamame seeds, crispy fried onions, garlic chips, crispy wonton, sushi rice, wasabi and ginger. Plus, their Rock Shrimp Tempura deserves a spot on your list. Fried in corn flour and tempura mix butter, tossed with spicy dynamite, this one goes well with their signature cocktails.

For those who can handle a high level of spice, Bhut Jolokia Mule – a blend of the hottest chili with vodka, ginger and lemon. While their food stands out, the same cannot be said for their desserts. Skipping it wouldn’t cause you to miss much.

To sum up, Yazu knows the finer details of Pan-Asian cuisine and gives you a pleasant experience.
