Explore These Off-Strip Options During Las Vegas’ Biggest EDM Weekend of the Year

EDC week, when festival- and non-festival-performing electronic music artists take over various Vegas clubs leading up to the ultimate party at the Speedway, has already begun. Nghterme played Omnia on Tuesday night, Dom Dolla and John Summit teamed up at Marquee Dayclub on Wednesday, and Partiboi69 took it until the wee hours of Discopussy, just before you started reading this.

There are many more parties at the biggest casino clubs over the next few days, accessible whether or not you visit EDC. And then there are the off-Strip parties, perhaps designed for rave-ready locals who don’t necessarily need to battle bigger crowds. Choose from these alternative offers and get into the rhythm at your own pace (for tickets, go to edcweek.com).

BORIS BREJCHA AT THE LAS VEGAS DOWNTOWN EVENTS CENTER You won’t find this prolific German producer and pioneer of the high-tech minimal genre playing in Vegas, so don’t miss the chance to sample his unique sounds in person instead of just watching his recent epic performance at the Arènes de Nîmes in La France on YouTube. His mates Ann Clue and Moritz Hofbauer open for this Factory 93 show. May 19,
