1. The Westbury

2. The Roe & Co distillery
A delicious whiskey? Cozy atmosphere? A pancake or two, if that’s your thing? Divine.
Following the success of its outdoor cocktail village earlier this year, Roe & Co Distillery launched its Roe & Cozy Winter Terrance for short, chilly nights.

3. BAR 1661
Located a few minutes walk from Parnell Street in Dublin, BAR 1661 is known for its award-winning cocktails, warm atmospheres and plenty of poitín.
Their seasonal menu has just been updated and features a range of classics, exclusive drinks and Christmas cocktails that are well worth your time. Please don’t leave without trying the Belfast Cafe.
