The iconic Nobu Marbella opened a radiant Momiji Terrace and unveiled new seasonal gourmet bites from Chef Eleni Manousou, creatively paired with Roku Gin craft cocktails from mixologist Rodrigo Tartaglia.

Immersed in the colors and textures of a Japanese-inspired autumn, guests can enjoy a Momiji Garden in Marbella, resplendent with delicate Japanese maple leaves. It is in a truly memorable setting to discover Nobu Marbella’s autumn menu including for a short time a new selection of special cocktails, served with tapas ideal for sharing.

Signature Cocktails & Tapas

The specially designed menu on the Momiji Terrace pairs Roku Gin cocktails with small Nobu bites, each infused with Sansho pepper – used for its distinctly tart and citrus flavor. Guests can enjoy the KENTO cocktail; a blend of Sansho infused Roku Gin, RS Ambrato Martini and a zesty addition of lime, blackberry and rosemary, served with sautéed beef tenderloin Peruvian style. The MÉDITERRANÉE UMI cocktail, composed of Roku Gin, Yuzu, Ginger and Matcha is accompanied by an accompaniment of Crispy Calamari with Furikake, while Black Cod Croquettes with Yuzu Kosho Cream is associated with VINTAGE ROKU, complete with Green Chartreuse, Luxardo and Yuzu .

The luxury editor visited this week and was the perfect way to enjoy the afterwork. Also, cocktails make a delicious aperitif before a gourmet meal at Nobu Marbella. The place always has a great atmosphere, and all the vibrancy of La Plaza is there too.
